Didn't receive my refund but was resolved quickly once I called. It was a simple error on their part that was resolved in 5 minutes
I waited a month and a half for my refund but it was just an honest error by Spanx and they resolved it for me without any trouble and within 5 minutes. Should have my refund in 5-7 days and I am very confident it will happen without any issues

Verified ReviewerSpanx sent defective dress
I have been a customer for nearly two decades and have never received a defective product. I sent photos showing that the top of the dress was sewn to the bottom off-center and told them it was obviously a quality control issue.
Initially, a SPANX representative said they would replace it at no cost and would send the same item to my home. They then reneged on this offer, saying that since I had returned the dress and they had refunded it, if I wanted it, I would have to reorder and pay full price. They explained that they didn't mean no cost - they meant I should keep the defective dress, no refund would be generated and they would then send a dress at no cost.
This is not what they said in writing. I will not deal with SPANX ever again.
Preferred solution: Delivery of the same dress to me at “no cost” as promised in writing by Spanx

Verified Buyer |You sent me the wrong return code
Ive been trying to solve my problem online for sometime. Im trying to stay within the 30 day return policy.
The jumpsuit I need to return was originally exchanged, but they keep sending me the wrong return code in order to get this returned to them in a timely fashion. When you call customer service, you cant speak to a human being. You have to continually go through email and that slows the process down. Its extremely frustrating.
Their customer service is horrid.
So you better make sure that youve ordered what you want because trying to speak to an individual when theres a problem is next to impossible. If I could give them a zero for their customer service I would.

Wrong item delivered. Refund in limbo.
Customer service responses are cut and paste I ordered an item thats was on sale and received incorrect item many days later.
A huge process to receive refund as the sale item was no longer available. Completely disrespectful of the customer.

I placed an order on December 16 order number 079220****19910 its for an open bus mid thigh bodysuit in the color very black. I returned this item on December 23 at the USPSbecause the size was wrong.
I received a medium and I need an extra large.
I have not received confirmation of the return or receive the replacement. Can someone please look into this matter and let me know what I need to do thank you.

When I was about 9 years old, my mother passed away. One can say, I grew up in a single-parent family.
The most tragic thing: more than two years ago, I borrowed a lot of money from the bank, plus some of my own savings, totaling about hundreds of thousands of dollars. I originally wanted to start my own business; however, the money was defrauded by a fraud group.

I ordered a small by mistake and I need an extra small! First time ordering and was confusing for me.
Its an item on sale So I ended up ordering two by mistake!
Its the Long ivory tunic sweater open on the side of the leg and I need the extra small not the small! Can you cancel the small one for me please!
Looking for my refund on a returned item
I returned a bra on Dec 11 2024 and still havent received my refund. It was returned via Purolator due to the postal strike. I have confirmation of the delivery being recieved and still no refund

A quick request for help in purchasing an item (I was on a waiting list but the item disappeared before I got an email) ended with Christopher scolding me for 'asking...' All efforts to find a way for me to 'secure' the item the next time it is in stock received negative responses. I was not transferred to the manager either.
Skipping the boring details, it was the most unpleasant conversation I've had with any customer service representatives in years. I had to stop Christopher from talking over me; my words were twisted, the tone was derogatory.
I felt very disrespected. Shame on Spanx!

Late 2day charge order now late
Never got a response...horrible customer service. I want a refund on my 2 day charge as it's now delivered after 5 days
I ordered another blouse in order to get in time paying for 2 day delivery but now it's it's late...cancel order & refund my money. Why offer 2 day when you don't live up to your obligation.
