Hello. I ordered a pair if black leggings in December of 2023 and I havé not recieved thé leggings. I contacted customer service and could not be assisted without a tracking #. I was never emailed a tracking #. My credit card was charged on 12/6/23 for the amount of $72.59. Thank you for your cooperation and look forward to hearing from you soon. I paid $30 for next day delivery( guaranteed )I received pkg Dec21- received Dec 26

Dec 21 called from Ft Lauderdale and ordered 1 pair of high rise pants. I paid $30 for guaranteed delivery next day(dec22) Pant was delivered after noon on Dec 26 I left Dec 26 to go home to Indpls I realize Xmas was the 25 and Eve was the 24 but was informed I would get pkg in 2 day if I paid $30. I did pant did not arrive and now I am in Indy and have to pay more because You did not fulfill your responsibility

The app did not allow for a refund. I tried but it only allowed me to exchange. When I decided to do that, it did not allow me to submit. The CHAT did not work. I called & PRETENDED TO ORDER something & got a LIVE customer service rep who sent me an URL code. He was very courteous & helpful.

Bad App but GREAT Customer Support

I needed a refund on an item I bought that was too small. After entering my order number & email, the app would not proceed to the next category after I selected NEXT. Then I asked to CHAT so I could find out what was wrong & what to do, but the CHAT did not work!!! I called PISSED OFF Spanx number & spoke to Danny who sent me a return URL code via email for an EASY return @ the post office. He also gave me free shipping back & 10% off any future purchase. > Bravo to Danny!!

Impossible to get a human

There is no customer service whatsoever! Trying to do a return and site isn't working. Tried to call, no human just messages directing you to another non human then they just hang up. They need to do better. Their product is nice but their service is terrible. Don't buy unless you want aggravation.
